Apple yoghurt muffins

Treat the family to these tasty apple muffins - the kids, in particular, will love them!
  •   Tools:

    Muffin tray

  • 1. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius
  • 2. Take a big bowl and beat the eggs. After about a minute add sugar, sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and greek yoghurt. Mix with a whisk en whisk for about 2 minutes till everything is mixed well.
  • 3. Now you can add the selfraising flour bit by bit, while whisking gently.
  • 4. Peel the apples, remove the core en cut in pieces. Mix the applepieces with the rest of the cinnamon and the caster sugar.
  • 5. Put bake paper forms in a muffin tin and divide the batter over the muffin tray.
  • 6. Divide the apple pieces over all the muffins.
  • 7. Bake the muffins in 25 to 30 minutes.
