Panna cotta(Italian for cooked cream) is an Italian dessert of thickened sweetened cream set in a mold. The cream may be classically flavoured with vanilla, rum, coffee and other flavourings.
  •   Tools:

    (silicon) molds for shaping the panna cotta blender

  • 1. Add the milk to a blender with the sugar, agar agar and vanilla. Begin processing.
  • 2. With the blender running, incorporate the coconut milk in a slow but steady stream.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a simmer.
  • 4. Divide the mixture over the molds. Let cool for about 30 minutes and then refrigerate until completely chilled and set.
